It’s time to kick it up a notch and empower yourself with Top Form’s Cardio Fitness classes… 4 days a week … Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, all set to awesome pumping music through our house sound system.

Classes with a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility training that kick your bottom… and top, into Top Form!

Come try it! Your first class is free with no obligation. Access to our new gym is also included with your Cardio Fitness Class membership .


Cardio Fitness Classes are on:
 
Monday 6:15 - 7pm
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:15pm
Wednesday 6 - 6:45pm
Thursday 6 - 6:45pm
