Are you on the road to lethargic?

It’s time to kick it up a notch and empower yourself with Top Form’s Cardio Fitness classes… 4 days a week … Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, all set to awesome pumping music through our house sound system.

Monday and Friday at 6:15pm are hour long classes with a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility training… Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm are half hour cardio classes that kick your bottom… and top into Top Form!

Come try it! Your first class is free with no obligation. There are class and family discounts available and you can pay per class, monthly or in blocks of 10 that don't expire.


Cardio Fitness Classes are on:
 
Monday 6:15 - 7:15pm
Tuesday 6 - 6:30pm
Thursday 6 - 6:30pm
Friday 6:15 - 7:15pm
